ขณะนี้ระบบพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล Cloud Storage (Google & Microsoft) ของมหาวิทยาลัย มีการใช้งาน เกินโควตารวมในระดับวิกฤต ? ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อระบบโดยรวม และหากไม่รีบดำเนินการ อาจทำให้ระบบของมหาวิทยาลัยขัดข้องและหยุดชะงักได้!
มหาวิทยาลัยจึงจำเป็นต้องบังคับใช้ นโยบายลบข้อมูลและจัดการพื้นที่ เพื่อรักษาสิทธิ์ของส่วนรวม ?

Dear Khon Kaen University Students,

The university's overall Cloud Storage (Google & Microsoft) usage has exceeded our total allocated capacity. This situation is impacting system performance and, if not resolved quickly, could lead to severe service disruptions for everyone.

To keep the system running smoothly and fairly, we must strictly enforce our storage limits. We have sent four previous reminders to ensure users had enough time to back up their files and free up space before the original May 6, 2026 deadline. For your reference, here are the past announcements:

INAL DEADLINE: July 5, 2026 (Please read carefully)

If your account is still over the storage limit, you must back up and delete your excess files by July 5, 2026. After this date, the system will automatically reset any accounts tht remain over the quota. Please be aware that any deleted data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
